Our Charitable Endeavours
As a business we have always proudly supported good causes and donate regularly to several worthy organisations, along with one-off donations in times of crisis across the world. If you can, they would welcome your support as well. Follow the links to learn more:
The Alzheimer's Society is a UK-based care and research charity that assists sufferers of dementia and their carers. Since their founding they have directly helped over 100,000 people, both by supporting those directly affected by dementia and by funding research into a cure.
CentrePoint is a UK charity which supports homeless people aged 16-25. Every year they support more than 10,000 homeless youth, providing the practical and emotional support they need to find jobs and live independently. Their aim is to end youth homelessness in the UK.
Millions of people worldwide live without clean water or sanitary toilets. Since 1981, WaterAid has worked to provide access to a safe water supply and sanitary facilities. In October of 2018, a number of our staff participated in a 5K mud run to raise money for WaterAid.
The Water Project is a non-profit organisation that works to provide sources of clean water to communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Our donations helped bring sustainable access to clean water to the Irenji community of Kenya.
Comic Relief is a major UK-based charity whose vision of a just world free from poverty inspired us. On 15th March, 2019 we pledged to donate £5 for every new plan, along with a contribution from our staff, who made a generous donation of their own.
On August 5th, 2018 a magnitude 7.5 earthquake struck Indonesia, triggering a tsunami and landslides that caused widespread destruction and loss of life. Over 68,000 homes were damaged or destroyed, leaving thousands of people in need of help. Saddened by news of the devastation, we donated £10,000 to the cause on August 24, 2018.
