Our plans offer the following as standard:

- A brand-new replacement appliance if yours cannot be fixed

In the event of a breakdown, our in house engineering team are available to try and get you back up and running as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved there and then, we will arrange for a registered engineer to visit at a convenient time and assess your appliance, repairing where possible. If the appliance it is unable to be repaired, we will arrange for a brand-new one for you.
